While our full Website Hosting terms and conditions outline everything, the following information covers all the basics -

• If you don’t like us, you can fire us as your service provider, giving just one week’s notice.
• If we don’t like you, we can fire you as a client, again, with just as simple eMail’s notice.

But of course, we hope that won’t happen!

Our Business Plus hosting plan package gives you up to 5 GB of storage space and 25 GB per month bandwidth per hosted website. This is ample room for 90% of all websites we deal with. Higher packages are available on request.

Our server is a managed VPS (Virtual Private Server) hosted in Sydney through TPP Wholesale, which offers eight genuine Intel 2.4 GHz processors that rarely run above 30% capacity. The server itself is monitored 24/7 by our tech team, who keep on top of all updates and hosting issues.

Please note that if you require more than 1 GB of eMail storage, then you may need to upgrade to our Office 365 business class email services.

• We set up brute force protection and firewalls to minimize DDoS attack threats.

Google TECH

Google has its own expectations of what a website “should” be like. If your website lives up to those standards, then it’s more likely to be indexed and rank in Google than a site that doesn’t meet the standards.

We submit your website to Google Search Console and review the following:

• Your SSL certificate and https status (the green lock for ‘secure site’);
• Search Console reports and Google recommendations;
• Robot.txt file, XML sitemap, search engine access (to make sure your site isn’t blocked); and
• Site speed, mobile friendliness, and site monitoring.

If needed, we can prepare a report for you with an action plan and the estimated time required to complete such actions. Our goal is to make sure your website is healthy and problem-free.

7-Day Support Desk

The support desk at PaulBarrs.Support gives you 7-day a week access to our support team. Yes, we do sleep from time to time, but our support desk is also monitored from the UK – working while ‘we’ sleep!

With our monthly Website Management Package, you can use up to 30 minutes of support desk time at no additional cost. This is a bonus within your Website Management Package, and is a way to thank you for your business.

With this 30 minutes you can:

• Submit content updates and edits;
• Submit new blog posts to be published;
• Add new images to your gallery pages, and so on.

With this package, we take care of all these things, giving you a worry-free website experience.
