When it comes to actually setting out your autoresponder messages, there are set protocols which you really should follow. These have been established over a number of years and found to work; no ifs, no buts. Just like in the world of sales copy, these key principles cannot be ignored.
And that’s what we’ll be talking about today.
Remember also that the content of your autoresponder can both come and be delivered in many different ways. It could simply be a selection of articles that you’ve written and then broken up for different day delivery. It could be a selection of other people’s articles that you’ve made comment on, or video tutorials maybe.

Today we’re going to start doing some research into the essential elements of auto responders. More so, I’m going to ask that you go track down a copy of the all time classic Autoresponder Magic – which I’ll give you instructions on in the Podcast (and how to get it free).
But the point is this, while there are many successful elements that make up the overall sales process, and some might say that neither one is more important than the other – I disagree. The ability of any business to follow-up follow-up follow-up with its customers and potential customers is the most vital strategy that any business can implement.
Here’s why: traditionally, a business will invest XYZ amount of dollars to find for themselves a new customer and get that customer in the door (or to their website). They do this because they know that once that particular customer comes through the “door” that they are a well qualified targeted customer. They are a sale waiting to happen.
